We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our team at a busy dry cleaning facility in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, assembling, and preparing customers’ garments for pickup, ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:

Sort, match, and assemble cleaned garments according to customer orders

Inspect items for quality, stains, or missing pieces (buttons, tags, etc.)

Attach tags, identify special instructions, and ensure correct packaging

Operate basic equipment such as tagging and bagging machines

Organize completed orders on racks for customer pickup or delivery

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion

Provide support in other production areas as needed
Qualifications:

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Prior experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus but not required
